Disappointed
Pros
It made a good cup of coffee, it is compact and is relatively inexpensive.
Cons
It is built rather flimsy.

No
I purchased this based on Consumer Reports' top rating. Within a few weeks, the auto-drip-stop broke and the mechanism that locks the swing basket in place also broke. I was very disappointed with this product. However, when it did work, it made a good cup of coffee and it was relatively cheap.
