Broke 7 days out of warranty

Pros Good smoke and taste, lightweight, compact size, large cooking area, sturdy racks.
Cons Not well constructed, plastic used at stress points instead of metal. cheap made cover
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  This is a good looking, lightweight unit that produces good  slow cooked or smoked food. It's just frustrating that when the electronics break, it's just a good looking useless box.
This smoker like some others have stated is not well constructed and in my opinion is overpriced. It does work somewhat well, lots of smoke from the smoke generator, but the bisquettes are expensive. The first one I bought had a crack in the plastic facing just below the thermostat lever, and my replacement broke in the exact same place 7 days after the warranty ran out. Bradley would not replace the part. Obviously doesn't really care about me as a customer. Hence my negative review. The door gasket started to separate and I had to be very careful when opening the door for fear it would pull right off. It is not the easiest smoker to clean unless you can put all the racks, pan and bowl in a laundry tub. I found on those chilly mornings it takes a long time to reach temperature, especially with a good load of meats. On the plus side, the cooking area is large, no problem with racks of ribs or 7 chickens all of which turned out perfect. The quality of food this smoker produces is good; I'm just disappointed with the construction for such an expensive unit. I think it could be made out of more metal and less plastic especially at the stress points. Metal would make it heavier, but much more durable. The cover for this smoker is pathetic, made of cheap nylon, lucky to last one season if subjected to the elements.
