I finally got sick of babysitting my propane smoker and bought the Bradley six shelf digital smoker. It has been the best cooking purchase I have made in a while. It makes the smoke flavor perfect every time, and you can "set it and forget it". I have tried several different meats and flavors and they are all good. It's a worthy investment.
