The Bowflex PR1000 is the best home gym equipment simply because you can do many exercises in such a small space. This gives the user more room and a more secure environment. No weight dropping, rusty plates, or need for a spotter. Bowflex gives you a good cable workout that maintains a full range of motion with all the benefits. Injury possibilities are limited, simply because you can just let the handle go at any time. Good contractions, pumps and a great tool for toning/muscle building workouts. More that 20 exercises could be done on that apparatus. A great machine for a home gym.
