The Bottom Line:
If you have $300 to spend on headphones, then these are the ones to buy. Unmatched sound quality and noise cancellation.
The Quiet Comfort 15's are Bose's top of the line model. They come in a hard shell protective case that is convenient for travel and storing the extra cords. The headphones come with two audio cords. One normal one and a second with a built in microphone and two buttons that control volume when not in a call and end the call when talking on the phone.
The headphones have excellent noise cancellation. They will completely eliminate all lower frequency noises and dampen higher ones. Because of the noise cancellation, the Quiet Comfort 15's require one triple a battery that lasts for around a day of on time.
What really sets Bose apart from the competion is the sound quality. It is crisp and not over saturated so if your looking for overpowering base these are not for you. The ear pads are made of a form keeping foam that snugly fits around the ear. I've found these to be much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time than other traditional on ear headphones. The foam is extremely soft and only lightly presses on the area aroud the ear to keep the headphone in place.
Overall the Quiet Comfort 15's are easily one of the best noise cancelling headphones on the market today. If you can shell out the cash then these are worth it for sure.
