Bose 3.2.1 GS II Theater System

I have had s Bose 3-2-1 system for about a year and was very impressed with it, especially when playing DVDs through my big screen TV. I received an upgrade package in the mail yesterday and inserted their upgrade CD per their instructions. However, after getting the the "COMPLETE" message at the end of the reprogramming sequence the only thing I got was Audio and zero Video! Everything was working fine until I ran their Upgrade so I called them and we went through a bunch of tests with no change. All my hookups checked out and the unit displayed NTSC as required during the check sequence. The upshot was that they will be sending me a shipment package to send the main module unit back to them so that they can figure out what went wrong. I just hope that I get it back before Christmas. Anyway, if you get this Upgrade package I hope you have more success than I did. If anyone experiences similar problems please add your comment to this review. BTW the Audio that I got after my duff upgrade was terrific; just no Video!
