Pros
nice tube capacity, LOVE the soak cycle.
Cons
noisy spin, cycle/temp combo's, poor water extraction. Spin balancer too sensitive. No signal on dryer!

The Bottom Line:
Just too loud. Nice laundry pair if you put them in a closet or laundry room with a door. Wish the dryer match the washer with the display.
Let me first say the I buy washer/dryers like people buy groceries. It's a hobby.. The only major US brands of front load washer I have not owned are Electrolux, Whirlpool and Maytag. I've owned Frigidare/GE, Miele, Asko, LG, Samsung and Kenmore. So I've been around the block with a few front loaders, to say the least.
I Just received my new Bosh washer and dryer. Dryer is great and I love the extended cool-down. clothes are nice and cool when you take them out. They almost feel damp, but they are not. I do wish it matched the washer with the display. They feel uneaven to me. Like you've bought the fancy washer and skimped and bought the $3 dryer.
Washer does a decent job, but if for nothing else, the pump is amazing! You can't even here when the machine is draining, until the water is gone and then you hear a little bit of the pump. Quietest on any machine out there! But a point taken away for continuously running during the whole spin cycle. LG has it right. Stop the pump during certain parts of the drain and spin. It doesn't need to pump continuously.
I'm not crazy about some of the limits on the water temp and other selections. Why can't you choose hot water on the quick cycle? Or max spin?
Little annoyances aside. I really only have two complaints:
1) The whine at spin time. This machine has the highest pitch whine I have ever heard on a machine. So much so, that it hurts my ears and gives me a headache!
2) I'm am not impressed, at all, with the lack luster removal of water from the clothes. Even on Max spin.
But it's a bargain machine for a little over a thousand bucks. I suppose you can't complain. But I will. :)
Would I buy it again? That's a tough call. Get ride of that highly offensive spin whine, and yes. Otherwise, I hate to say it, but no. If you have these in a closet or laundry room with a door, you should be good to go. Mine are in my kitchen, in the open, so there is no protection from the noise.
