Bosch WAS20160UC Front Load Washer

I'm really shocked at the other two reviews of this washer, as so far this has not been my experience. Not to say the others are incorrect, but I wonder if there might be some mitigating circumstances such as loading, rinses, products used etc. Also, all front load washers should be "aired out" and living in a higher humidity area can definitely add to a mold problem. That having been said, I actually have been in the dry cleaning and laundry business for 30 years. I'm also really particular about my laundry and do it myself. I wouldn't normally buy a small unit like this but I recently remodeled and moved into a less than 1000 square foot house and there is NO extra room for a laundry area. The units are actually stacked and located in a pantry cabinet in the kitchen! I wash lights and whites with hot water (and my water heater is set at the higher end of the spectrum) and use Tide liquid (He) to line "2" on the cap, and Clorox color safe bleach (liquid) to line 1 on its' cap. I also use the "Rinse Plus" function on all loads. When properly loaded the wet clothes should come half to two thirds the way up the door glass when the clothes are wet and the basket is at a standstill between wash cycle rotations. If I had a problem with organic type stains (body fluids etc) I would use Amway Trizymes in lieu of the bleach. Anyway the clothes are very white and fresh smelling when done. I have only had the units a month and will do a later review down the road.
