A slight step up from a steam pressure design but not great by any means
First things first, the Bosch Barino is priced at quite a bit more than a steam pressure machine but is at the at the lower end of pump models. I totally agree that buying this machine is a waste of money. The coffee it makes, can not be called espresso, as it is so mild and added to this it is cold as well.

Don't waste your money!!!
This machine is made in China. Pump is not powerful enough to push through fine grind illy espresso, vibration is high, and coffee is not hot, just warm. I sent it back to Bosch, they refused to refund me saying that machine is working as it suppose to. When I received it back it was leaking water... Read full review »
