Three years ago I bought this oven and I now have problems with it. I have contacted Bosch for a wiring diagram and they refuse to sell me one because of a liability issue! If you believe you are capable of doing your own servicing DO NOT buy Bosch products. They will not support you. As far as I am concerned this is just a subterfuge to protect their service dealers!
