Bosch Nexxt300 WFMC220 Front Load Washer

I just replaced my 5 year old Bosch washing machine.  I will never buy Bosch again.  I had several problems with the product and never received any help from Bosch.  They read off a script and were never able to adapt to my specific problem to answer my questions.  Make sure you remove the plastic piece where you put soap, softener, etc. daily or you will get some horrid black mold underneath.  After I was done for the day I removed it and shook out the excess water and left it to dry until the next day.  In the rubber lip I always had water standing and also cleaned that out on a daily basis to prevent the "slime" that would form there.  I had a slow drip out of the front of the machine that no one could ever fix.  Finally, the bearings gave out and it sounded like a plane landing in my house when the wash spun out.  Repair person said it would be $900 to fix so I bought new.  Should not happen in such a short period of time with such an expensive machine
