I hate it.
It was finally time to replace the Miele White Pearl and I did my research. This was a top-rated unit with HEPA filter, and it cost over $2000 -- so I was confident it was a sure bet. I was very wrong. The design is poor and I hate using it. Here's why:

Nearly Perfect
Took back the second Dyson and decided to buy a real vacuum to replace my 25 year old Rainbow. After lugging that beast around (Rainbow), I find this little cherry canister to be a dream! First rate vacuum
Five stars: The overall quality,the smooth, quiet powerful motor, materials, engineering, suction and filtration. The power brush cleaned and groomed the carpet well (though I needed to adjust the power down to mid to low for easier movement), and the hard floor brush zipped through the apartment...
