Treasure Island

The book is a very interesting book about Jim Hawkins and his friends who go searching for treasure. Jim meets dirty pirates determined to find treasure, his trustworthy companions the doctor and the squire, and a crazy marooned man who hasn't eaten regularly in 3 years! When the pirates all mutiny against Jim and his friends, it is up to him to save the ship! It is mainly about how Jim Hawkins matures into an adult. There is a lot of adventure and things happen really fast, so you will never get bored. Once you start reading you will be hooked. This is an especially good book if you have kids who just saw the movie Treasure Planet because the book is ten times better. It is a classic and by the great author Robert Louis Stevenson. It is definitely worth the money to buy because you will always want to read it again and again.
