The Bottom Line:
learn to draw, $13.00, see the world in all its vibrant colors and shapes, priceless.
Before reading this book, i thought that anyone that could draw was born with that talent and that i would never be able to draw something as beautiful as a tree next to a lake. the closest thing i am able to draw anything that resembles something vaguely familiar, aren't stick figures, but just regular geometric shapes, and even those i get laughed at. but after a friend had recommended this book to me, after reading it and going through all of the exercises, i am now able to draw other things outside of geometrical shapes. granted it hasnt been that long since i have started but the drawings are there. i am no davinci or monet, but it looks better than the kindergarten level drawing my wife used to call my pictures!
when reading the book, i thought that it was a bunch of BS because it said that i would see things differently and that my perception of colors in life would be more vivid. but after doing it, i understand it. the whole thing, its very enlightening and the fact that it helped me to draw! come on now! you cant go wrong with that!
