Good for Hiking just be careful of tipping over
I bought a Bogen 682 (same as the 3230) so that I could have a staff for hiking that I could also use as a Tripod. The Legs fold up and slide inside the main shaft for storage when they are not being used. I also removed the pin that keep the camera mount attached on the end and placed some safety...
