Bodum Chambord 1923 3-Cups Coffee Maker

I recently bought the black and decker coffee maker.I bought it for the look and features,one feature is sneak a cup.It worked the first day.The 2nd day I went to sneak a cup,all the parts just fell out.The spring to hold it all in came out,I put it back together and it constantly fell apart again.I suppose its a good coffee maker if you don't care for the sneak a cup feature.I have had other black and decker products and have had no problems.I may have just got a bad apple? Also occasionaly it does not shut itself off,I have to do it manually.I know my next coffee maker will not be this brand.
