My husband is the coffee drinker in our house, but of course buying the coffee maker is up to me. I did a lot of looking at features, price, and space needed when I bought this coffee maker.
The nice slim design doesn't take up much room on the cabinet, which is a plus when you don't have a lot of cabinet space.
The electric timer is the easiest I have found to set and reset if the electricity goes off.
The fact that you can pour a cup of coffee while it is still making has saved me many a morning when my husband needed a cup and it was quite through making. I removed the pot poured him a cup of coffee and no mess whatsoever. No drips, no spills and good hot coffee.
The only problem I have found with the Versa-Brew is the basket removal, it is hard to remove to clean, but this has also gotten easier the more I have done it.
We have had our Versa Brew about 8 months now and we have not had any problems. I have had Black & Decker Coffee Makers before and they have all lasted a long time, so I feel confident that this will do the same. I tend to trust a brand I have used many times.
I believe the Versa Brew is the perfect coffee maker for people who like their coffee ready when they get up in the morning, and do not like the complicated timers.
The price of this product compared to the others with the same features was very reasonable.
If you are looking for a good product, easy to use, for a good price this should be one that you consider
