BOATING magazine, a true boaters magazine. I have been reading BOATING since 1984. This magazine offers many useful tips on many types of boats. Anywhere from the 17 footer to the mega yachts. The tests they do on many boats, help readers understand what they should be looking for in their next new boat.
BOATING also has many articles by experts in areas such as Seamanship, Electronics, Fishing, Boat repairs, etc. These articles help the boater maintain their boat and to enjoy owning a boat. My favorite is the Boat Doctor, here they inform you of many things that you may expect to happen with your boat and how to prevent it from happening or how to correct it. These are things that the everyday boater can and will come across.
They write their articles to the average boat owner, not just the boater who owns the $500,000 yacht. BOATING is an enjoyable magazine to read and one that all motorboaters should read. (This magazine is not intended for sailboaters, or what BOATING refers to as Blowboaters).
