Black & Decker VersaBrew TCM500 8-Cups Coffee Maker

I am not sure if the coffee does not get hot enough in the first place but even though it's in a thermos like carafe, the coffee does not stay warm. My husband gets up about 30 minutes before I do and turns the pot on. By the time I'm ready for a cup, the coffee is almost cold. When the machine is finished making the pot, it shuts down and you are on your own. If you plan to set the timer to have a hot cup of coffee when you get up, plan to zap your cup in the microwave. I'm pulling out my old machine...
