It broke after only a few months of moderate use!
I've never bothered writing an online review before, but I'm disgusted by what a worthless product this is and would love to prevent others from buying it. Don't buy this product!
I found the bowl impossible to get on and off the machine. You have to lock it in place to run the machine, and I had trouble doing this every time. Finally, I broke the handle off the bowl the third time I used it, trying to force it to lock into place. And of course, I can't find replacement... Read full review »
Repair parts unavailable
We used this food processor for about a year. It worked fine for salads, even mixing dry ingredients. It grates cheddar cheese fairly good, but don't try to grate Parmesan Cheese; I did and it busted the plastic gear that turns the blade.
