Cons

Yes
The Bottom Line:
Overall I think the Black & Decker DM7 Cup-at-a-Time coffeemaker is a great, inexpensive way to brew single cups of coffee, and highly recommend it.
The Black & Decker Cup-at-a-Time coffeemaker is a great little counter-saver for singles like myself. It brews an excellent cup of basic ground coffee (in my case Folgers) in about 3 minutes. Though lightweight, it appears to be sturdily designed - my original Black & Decker cup-at-a-time coffeemaker gave me over 15 years of quality service. It includes a permanent filter, so there are no hassles with purchasing, using, discarding paper filters. The only real maintenance activity to perform involves running a half & half mix of water and white vinegar through the brew cycle a few times a year to clean out any hard water deposits (be sure to run a few plain water cycles after doing so to rinse out any residual vinegar), other than that it's simple to use and easy to clean - just rinse out the permanent filter and it's brew basket and you're good to go. The coffeemaker dispenses directly into a coffee mug placed on a small platform beneath the filter housing - it will accommodate a good size mug up to 4 inches tall. There is a single large thumb switch to start the brewing cycle and adjacent brewing indicator light - simple and efficient. Overall I think the Black & Decker DM7 Cup-at-a-Time coffeemaker is a great, inexpensive way to brew single cups of coffee, and highly recommend it.
