Somewhat Lacking - Will Keep Looking

Pros Very attractive, modern exterior and almost the perfect size. Knobs that made sense.
Cons Temperatures off. Inside dimensions smaller than most 4-slice ovens. Poor rack fit. Poor toasting.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  If the temperature problem is a defect and not a design flaw, this oven might be satisfactory. Try it if you like the look, but make sure it's returnable.
I bought this oven one month ago from Bed Bath & Beyond. A big selling point was the sales person's statement that it was their best seller with no returns-so far. I also liked the black and steel exterior with modern styling and the knob configuration. It has three knobs, but to make toast, one only has to make sure the Temperature knob is set to Off and then turn the Toast knob to the preferred setting. The last oven I tried required one to set 3 separate knobs in order to make toast.

In the end, a good looking oven wasn't enough to overcome its shortcomings.
1)The oven bake temperatures were about 100 degrees too low. Broil temp was 450, which may have been adequate, since I did manage to broil peppers in a reasonable amount of time.
2)The single provided bake/drip pan was too small to bake much of anything. All of the pans from former dead toaster ovens (all 4-slice) were too wide to fit on the wire rack in the lower position. So even if there was good height for broiling chicken breasts, I had no pan to use.
3)The only toast setting that seemed to work somewhat was Dark. The bread top was dark, but the bottom was mostly light with some dark areas. If set to Medium, one would get very light on the top side of the bread and just a little drying on the bottom. It did look like the bottom elements were not as hot as the top when toasting. (Directions were followed from the manual to use the lower position when making toast.)
4)The wire rack did not track well in the lower position grooves and slipped out easily. A moderate amount of food on a cooking tray may have been too much for it to hold.
5)To broil, one is supposed to use the wire rack with the included drip pan under it. That means the only wire rack one has for this oven will need washing before the oven can be used again.

I never tried the convection feature for baking, but I could hear a fan come on when I flipped the switch during my temperature trials. Today I returned it to BB&B as defective-no problem. So it's back to using a 30-year old Sunbeam toaster and an electric wall oven.
