I purchased the TRO700 Toaster Oven about a month ago. I used it 3 times and the toasting knob broke off. I e-mailed Black & Decker and they never e-mailed me back. They obviously know that their product is inferior or they would have gotten back to me. I will never purchase another Black & Decker item again.
