After many years of owning, first the GE and then the Black & Decker Toast-r-Ovens, I recently purchased the TR0700. After a week, I have now cleaned the old B&D that was retired to the basement because it looked tired and have replaced the new one with it.
It took over 5 minutes to toast one piece of bread and then it only toasted one side effectively. I also burned my fingers twice on the metal strip behind the door handle.
