Black & Decker TRO700W Toaster Oven with Convection Cooking

I am incredibly disappointed with this product. We didn't have it 2 months when the knobs stopped working. After  searching and searching for a replacement part, I finally gave up and the only way to use the toaster oven feature is to use a pair of needle nose pliers to turn the timer on.  We have bought several Black & Decker appliances and tools over the years. So seeing the awful design of this product is a HUGE disappointment. With the holidays on the horizon, I will be shopping for a new toaster over, from another manufacturer with a better design!  If I had known that the knobs were crappy, low grade plastic, I would never have purchased it. I'd recommend that if you are in the market for new appliances, read the description and do your homework. If it's a "bargain", there's a reason for it...it's designed to break sooner rather than later so that you are forced to replace it. Buyer beware!
