I was unable to make rice on my own, so my mom bought me this product as a gift. We use at about once a week and it really makes things easier. There is a slight crunchy layer on the bottom layer of rice everytime we make rice which my boyfriend isn't too fond of, but there are certainly no problems with this product. Easy to use and durable! Highly recommended!
