Pros
ease of use (no cord), good suction
Cons
loud
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and ease of use.
Features:
•
Cordless 2-speed 18-volt hand vacuum offers a lot of suction power and the ease of "grab and go" use. It is so nice not to have to deal with a cord for every quick clean up.
•
10-position pivoting nozzle makes it really easy to clean hard to reach places.
•
Cyclonic action helps keep the filter clean resulting in longer lasting suction power.
•
3-stage filtration for clean air exhaust.
•
Easy to empty (your hands don't touch the dirt).
•
Easy clean wheel system (makes it easy to clean the filter to increase suction power.
•
Folds in half for compact storing on charging base.
•
Includes upholstery brush, small crevice tool, and wall-mountable charging base. Keep in mind that the transformer plug stays warm even after the vacuum is fully charged. So if you want to save on your electric bill, take the vacuum out of the charging base after it is charged.
•
Measures 17 4/5 by 6 4/5 by 7 2/7 inches.
•
11 5/6 ounce capacity. The capacity is a decent amount for a handheld vacuum. However, you will have to empty often if you are tackling a larger project. Plus, you will want to empty it prior to storage anyway because the storage canister is clear and the filter is white, so looks really dirty.
•
2-year warranty
•
Uses a PVF-100 replacement filter (about $7.00) which is washable. The manual says the filter should be replaced every 6-9 months. However, I've had mine for about 6 months and the filter is just fine. I suppose that figure would depend on how often you use the vacuum, as well as how often you wash the filter.
