Dumping the stuff you vacuum up can be awkward.

Yes
The Bottom Line:
Buy it, it simplifies your life because it has the power to suck up little nublies.
I have been looking for a good battery operated vaccuum for close to 15 years. If I can't buy something I really like, I don't buy at all.
I own a great Rainbow vaccuum and couldn't be happier with it but there are times when I just want to pick up the leaves that have blown in or the cracker crumbs in front of the couch or under the table or dead yellowed leaves my asparagus fern drops in winter.
I bought this Black and Decker PHV1800 Bagless Handheald Cyclonic Vacuum because the reviews on epinions and on Amazon and on a video from UTube gave it high ratings.
I very rarely buy anything without researching ratings first. This saves me expensive mistakes and money.
I have been very satisfied with this vacuum. It has a lot of power, doesn't leak dust, sucks up anything I want it to even things I think are too big and does it quickly. It charges fast, works simply as it takes just minutes to finish a job. I can use it about 3 or 4 times without a recharge. Recharging is simple with the handy wall mount charger (I haven't mounted it, just but it on a table with my humidifier) I haven't used the attachments yet but think the brush will do a good job on my baseboards which rarely get dusted. I used it to suck up plaster chippings with no problem. I used it at Christmas to pick up tree droppings and at New Years to pick up confetti.
Only negative is that emptying the contaner that holds the stuff you've vacuumed is a bit awkward. The door to the container opens toward you somehow so you have to twist it just right to dumb the stuff. It shouldn't awkward be but it is. I saw this negative in other reviews but bought the Black and Decker anyway and the awkwardness isn't such a big deal that I regret buying the vaccuum. I generally like Black and Decker products but now that everything is made in China, I try to buy USA made products whenever possible.
I haven't used it in my car yet but know it's going to be great. I think I paid $54.00 on Amazon with free shipping. I looked around and Amazon had the best deal.
