This is a sad excuse for a juicer

Pros None
Cons Inefficient juicing
Food must be small as an ice cube to fit the shute
Recommended it? No
I purchased this juicer so I could get back into juicing right away. I had a juicer years ago but it was such a pain to clean I finally gave it up. I purchased the B&D Juicer based on the reviews posted.
I cleaned the juicer, set it up and began juicing. Since it was the evening I wanted a vegetable juice combo. The recipe was a Potassium Booster of Parsley, Spinach, Celery and Carrots. After cleaning the produce I began juicing.
Spinach - some juice was produced but most stayed in the ruffage.
Parsley - forget it. More of a chopped parsley with minimal juice
Celery - juiced ok
Carrots - little juice. Very damp ruffage left. 2 inch chunk of carrot found in ruffage bin after juicing
I ran the ruffage through the juicer hoping to get more of the juice. about a teaspoon more; ruffage still wet.
Soooo, I washed that puppy, packed it back up and took it right back to WalMart.
I would not recommend this product to anyone. It was a waste of produce and my time. The cheapest products are seldom worth the effort so I should have known better.
