Black & Decker FP1510 Food Processor

I have been usually been happy with Black and Decker products, however I suggest others should give this a pass. I bought this for my wife last Xmas. She was trying to chop some vegetables, it balled up in a mass and then torqued off the lid. Now it's basically unusable. Our previous B&D food processor worked just fine for 16 years and the only reason we bought this was because the plastic was getting a barked up.
