The Bottom Line:
I think for the price,it's a great product.
I purchased this Black and Decker 8 cup Food Processor around last Christmas, so I've had a year to use it and form an opinion.
Previously I had owned a more high end model for years and when it eventually gave out, I went on search for a new one. Wow, lots of food processors out there on the market and most are very expensive. Then I came across this Black and Decker Food Processor and it seemed to meet all of my needs and wants.
It has an 8 cup capacity which I love. I like to do big batches at a time and with the bowl being this large, it's a breeze. That saves a ton of time.
I was also impressed that it is 450 watts, that's ample power to get the job done without worrying about burning the thing up.
I've had no trouble using it, it was very easy to learn all of the functions as it is very straight forward. The lid locks on easily enough so no trouble there. Ease of cleaning? It's no easier or harder to clean than any other Food Processor. I wash the bowl and lid in the sink and wipe down the base with a damp cloth. No problems there, either.
