what a disappointment !!
Product and enclosed DVD promised a revolution in cooking. Can't even make toast properly. manages to dry out bread without really browning it. toasts poorly on bottom so you have to turn it manually to finish toasting. You have to monitor the baking and broiling functions or results are poor.

Ripoff
Does not cook like on TV. Heat lights blow out and company says better to throw it away than send in to repair. Parts are not available to public. Read full review »
Not happy
I had to return the product 3 times because it did not work properly. To top it off, I bought one for my mil and myself!
It burns grilled cheese three times! It burns nuggets. Not my fault!! LOL. It doesnt cook a chicken as described. It was supposed to cook in 45 minutes and I had to do that...
