I bought this piece of crap and I just left it in the box. I was in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I figure I would buy all new appliances. I TRUSTED THIS COFFEE MAKER BECAUSE IT WAS BLACK AND DECKER. So the remodel took A LOT longer then I though it would. So I start to assemble my kitchen pulling appliances out of boxes and stuff it was very exciting. I needed a little energy so I washed out the machine and put some coffee on. the pot starts overflowing......o.k. no big deal maybe I didnt put the pot on the little stand right, nope it still overflows and the coffee grinds are getting into the pot. I dump out the second batch and make a 3rd batch, and it finally works. I read the directions on how to program it to come on every morning at 6:30am. Well some morning I'd come out and there would be no coffee. Fast forward one month. I decided one LAZY Saturday morning to make a brew. I put the grinds in and push the on button, nothing happens so I push the button again, nothing, I tun to walk away and it comes on and then turns off turns on and then turns off and it didnt turn on again. I am upset because I had this thing for a year have no idea where the reciept is and it doesnt work I didnt even get a full thirty days of use from this thing. I am so ticked off, I had to go out and buy another coffee maker. I tried to call the customer service number and I can never seem to get a hold of anybody. I feel like a thief reached in my purse and stole from me. I cant believe they could sale something that is so horrible.
