This is the second CTO650 that I have owned. On the first one, the controls failed, so I took it back to WalMart, and they exchanged it. Also, I called the Service Center, and they offered to replace it, but the WalMart exchange was easier. I had owned it only 6 months. Now, the second one has failed and opens the Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) which throws the circuits in my kitchen. This one I've owned just a few days over 6 months.
I like everything about this product except it defectiveness, which of course negates all other positive features.
