Good motor and nice brushed chrome finish.

This was what I thought would be a great blender for the price. It turned out to be a disappointment. I bought it primarily for the high wattage and the neat chrome finish. The first blade stripped within a few uses. The second blade also stripped. You cannot use this blender for crushing ice or making frozen smoothies. Although it says it can be used for these drinks, the blade is not made to handle the crushing of ice.
