You get what you pay for
Motor burned out after 3 years. Rotor attachment to container sheared off early-on too (I repaired this with a Frankenstein solution, although I doubt many people could repair that).

Looks pretty, but doesn't work....
My father bought this blender for VERY occasional use. When he has had company in the past, his guest had brought some daiquri mix to share...
