Difficult to make good bread with this machine
I found it difficult to make good bread with this machine. The designers of the programming on this machine decided that everyone must want quick baking, high rising bread. They cut out the extra kneading and the multiple rise cycles that normally make a much finer textured and more flavorful loaf... Read full review »
Black & Decker B2250 Bread Maker - POOR
My wife has attempted to make three different loaves of bread with this machine and has no success with it.
She has constantly had the bread overflow the container in the machine - and either lifted the lid or (when she put some books on the lid) pushed its way down the side of the cooking...

I Like it...
I have used this machine with the old recipes and new (I lose the book)....It works with Canadian flour. Makes great pizza dough too. I mix whole wheat flour into the recipes... I'd say keep on trying....maybe contact B&D?...
