Use it all the time for chopping food to put into meals.
This is perfect for chopping single food items to put in with a meal. Let say for instance you want just an onion chopped to put into a casserole, you can pull this out instead of your large food processor. wonderful for small jobs!
I received one of these choppers as a gift, and I get a ton of use out of it. I don't have a food processor, so I use this chopper a lot. Wonderful Chopper!

best time saver kitchen tool
It's one of my favorite kitchen tools. I got it as a present over 10 years ago. I use it all the time to chop garlic and onions. The blade is still sharp after so many years!
