My old spacesaver coffee maker was shot.
Water leaked all over the counter from the reservoir, therefore, I could not prepare the pot of coffee the night before. My mother suzbo, visited recently, and decided it was time to have a new one and she would buy! We went shopping and selected the Black and Decker Spacemaker 12 cup Drip Coffeemaker ODC150 at Service Merchandise.
The style is attractive and I decided not to mount it under my kitchen counter where the old one was. This new one looks nice sitting out.
Every night, I fix the coffee and turn the automatic button on, then my coffee is ready when I get up in the morning. I like the sneak a cup feature. I don't have to wait for the whole pot to brew, I just remove the carafe and pour. I don't have to place another cup to catch the drips, the coffee stops production when the carafe is removed. This feature is absolutely wonderful!
The automatic timer is easy to program as well as to set the clock to the current time. This coffee maker is the best I have ever had.
I have switched to decaf coffee for numerous reasons. With my new coffee maker, my life has become much easier and the mornings more pleasant.
Maxwell House Lite Coffee
I love my three cups of regular a/k/a "High Test" coffee each morning when the sun comes up. I am an early riser, and I consider this my quiet time, my favorite time of the day. My husband is still sleeping, while I read the morning newspaper and enjoy my coffee, all by myself, before my busy day begins.
As much as I love coffee, after 2 or 3 cups, I would get a shaky and jittery feeling, like I'm nervous and could jump right out of my skin. My mother suggested I try the new Maxwell House Lite coffee, with only 1/2 the caffeine as the Maxwell House French Roast or Columbia Supreme that I had been using.
On my next visit to the grocery store, I purchased a small bag of the Maxwell House Lite and added it to the rest of the regular coffee I was still using. Tasted fine. No problem. I was not as jittery as before, and felt that I was weaning myself off of caffeine.
When that mixed can was finished, I purchased the large 36 ounce can of Maxwell House Lite, and tried it. Wonderful. Tasted no different from what I had been drinking each morning. In fact, the ONLY difference was that I didn't shake anymore.
As stated on the can, Maxwell House LIte, gives coffee lovers the rich, full flavor of regualr coffee with only half the caffeine. The experts at Maxwell House have crafted this unique coffee by roasting and blending selected regular beans with naturally decaffeinated beans.
