My husband bought a spacemaker coffee machine before we met more than 9 years ago. This thing is still going strong, making coffee 2 or 3 times every day!
I like the under the cupboard installation because it frees up more precious counter space. I also like the fact that I can set the coffee up, set the timer to start brewing whenever I want and wake up to a fresh cup of coffee every morning.
Another good feature is that when supplying this machine with water, you simply fill the basket and push it in. Much better than with counter-top models where you have to pour the water in, spilling it when you're half-awake in the morning!
The coffee tastes great every time and although this machine costs almost double of most counter-top models I've owned, it is well worth the extra $$.
You can also buy replacement parts from Black and Decker for this coffee-maker. Three years ago the water basket on ours began leaking. I couldn't find the manual that came with it but called the Black and Decker outlet near us and they gave us a phone number to call. For approximately $6, I ordered a new water basket and haven't had a problem since. Not only is this a great machine but Black and Decker was very helpful about repairing this problem.
The only thing I would like to see them change is the color. I wish they make these in black so when ours finally goes, we can get another one to match the other appliances in our kitchen.
