WORSE THING EVER-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I bought this steam mop after reading reviews and I have to tell you I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I don't know know what other people are talking about as it left my laminate floor streaky and SOPPING WET. It took my floors at least 20-30 minutes to dry, and after that I had to go and dry them with paper towels and the paper towels were dirty after drying them. I am returning this product after only one use and am going to TRY the shark steam mop. This new and improved bissell mop is JUNK!!!!!
