The Bottom Line:
Easy to use, but not meant for those with pets or toddlers! A hassle to constantly return to the charger when it is used frequently!
I knew I should have read Epinions before buying this product.........Anyway, somehow I was lured into thinking that cordless meant convenient . Not so. The Bissell Spot Lifter takes way too long to charge, not to mention the fact that once it is charged it doesn't have very much power. Usually lasts only 5 minutes or so, which means most of the time there is a whole lot of water and a whole lot of stain still left on the carpet before you are even finished. I usually end up getting out my big Hoover steam cleaner to do the job right. Defeats the purpose of getting a smaller steam cleaner for small jobs!!
