The "Doesn't Really Clean" Machine

The Bottom Line:
Basically a waste of money. If I hadn't already used it, I would return it.
At first I thought this would be a great addition to the closet of cleaning appliances in my house. Wow....was I ever wrong. You have to charge it for 12 hours and then it only works for 5 minutes...and that is no exaggeration!!
The suction power isn't very strong so you have to go over a spot quite a few times to even see it begin to come out and by the time it starts to work on the stain, the battery is either dead or dying so you have to plug it in for another 12 hours. Basically you can partially clean one small spot on your carpet for every 12 hours you charge the cleaner and then you have to plug it back in again.
The little brush attachment is also fairly useless. All it did was make the cleaning solution "foamy" on the carpet and hide the fact that the stain wasn't coming out.
For the $40 you spend on this you could double that and have the Little Green Clean Machine (also by Bissell) or another steam cleaner and have something that would really work.
