The Bottom Line:
It's an excellent investment for people who have heavy traffic in their home.
Very handy. I've only had it for a week, but I've used it 2-3 times a day since I got it. I have four old pets, who tend to have problems that require frequent cleaning up, and four kids, who also tend to have problems that need frequent cleaning up. The product is small, lightweight, handy and cordless. I used to have a full-sized Hoover steam cleaner, but found that it was a pain to pull it out for small spills. Also, the Hoover was difficult to pull apart to clean, and clogged easily. This machine hasn't clogged yet, and seems to rinse out easily when I empty the tank.
It does a good job taking out stains, although I pre-treat with a scrub brush and stain remover for really ugly stains.
There is a mild leakage on the storage tank, and it also pops off too easily. When I wake up to a particularly bad mess, sometimes the battery starts to go low before the mess is entirely clean.
