Pros Easy to use. Really did a great job, and one I didn't mind doing.
Cons Would like to have more attachments. Expensive to operate. Time consuming.

Pros Affordable, great cleaning power, light and as easy to use as a vacuum!
Cons Uses quite a lot of shampoo product per cleaning

Pros Very easy to use. Can turn off soap dispensing for rinsing only. Rolling brush system.

The unit was very easy to use and put together. The unit features a bag in bag system and is easy to fill with clean water which is then heated upto 25 degrees hotter upto 185 degrees and then easy to empty and fill again. Pros Easy to assemble, a dream to operate. Amazing seeing my carpet come back to life!
Cons Hose clipped to the right side sometimes gets knocked loose while cleaning against walls.
Recommended it? Yes

I have to rave about the Bissell ProHeat ClearView Plus Deep Cleaner 1699. I have wanted a steam cleaner for years, but I couldn't find one I really liked. Until now!

Pros Cleans well, does not saturate the carpet. On board attachments.
Cons Heavy, needs filling frequently, cleaning solution expensive
