Sorry for my purchase
Pros
On the surface, it looks very nice fresh out of the box.
Cons
Heavy, inferior, exterior gets dirty, filters difficult to get at, hose clogs easily, etc......

No
I have found this machine to be inferior to all other uprights. The 90 degree turn as the hose leaves the machine is a constant problem for clogs and the 180 degree turn as the hose hooks over the handle also represents a danger area. I do not find that it excels at removing dirt either. It is not lightweight as advertised compared to say...Hoover machines and the three filters need constant attention in order to stop the machine from overheating. Two of the filters are anything but "easily accessible" as Bissell advertises. Overall, I give it two thumbs down.
Regarding Bissell's customer service, good luck if you have a problem. They like to pay lip service and treat you like a moron as well. All they have offered so far is "check-up" for my machine. I'm still shooting for my money back but no luck so far.
