If you need an affordable vacuum that looks good and cleans good this Bissell is a good buy.
Owned one of these for about one year and it has been working very well except for a clog in the hose. To clean the lower hose one must remove screws and a couple plastic parts in order to get to clogs. Otherwise the only bad thing about it is that it is black ... looks good until it has been used - it gets dusty.
The company support could be better after calling about the clogging issue the only solution they gave me was to have it sent in and have them take a look at it. To me that makes no sense since it would cost quite a bit to send it.
