Bissell 2X CleanShot Upright Steam Cleaner

I bought my Bissell July 30 of 2007 and worked it to death. I have three dogs at home and a lot of carpet so it was a life saver at home. For as we all know dogs do not always go potty out side when it rains but inside is always nice and warm and dry. I would also take it to the banquet hall where I work every other month.Now it does not get all the stains out at work but it keeps it from getting any worse. I do not have the figures but I know over two years I used it an average of an hour a day between home and work. In two years I only went through two sets of belts and I {my fault} broke the lid of the tank other then that there were no breakdowns. I just took my cleaner into Sears for the annual preventive maintenance. I used this machine so hard that they could not flush the system clean and every time they transported it for the APM something broke. So, I was given the 66Q model the only one that Sears has that is compatible to the 9500 series. And yes, it cleans most wonderfully!
