Bissell 7350 Upright Steam Cleaner

Ya its junk. The rollar pad on the front is a terrible idea. All the water does is hit it and return to the tank. The tools had no power or suction to suck up the water it sprayed out. you have to fill the small tank with tap water and solution. Then flip it upside down and install it back into the machine. You have to do it quik because the spout was leaking everwhere. That wouldn't be a problem but the machine doesn't have enough power to suck up it's own mess. So the dirty water was grey in color. That tells me it got some dust out of the carpet. Save your money.
