What a piece of crap.

If you are a previous Dyson owner, you will be very dissapointed with this boat anchor. It's extremely heavy. You have to change the carpet height adjustment at the bottom of the vacuum every time you move from the floor to an area rug and it's a mess to clean up. If you have animals that shed a lot, this thing gets clogged when you try to empty the bin and you have to pull the hair with your hands. The bin itself is quite small, unlike the Dyson, and you have to empty it constantly.
After three months, the power button STOPPED working! I called Bissell and they tried to charge me for the part. I quickly reminded them that it was still under warranty. So, now I have to change the part of a literally BRAND NEW vacuum!!!!
The DYSON is absolutely worth it even if small trivial plastic parts break. At least it handles carpet/floor height adjustments by itself!
